$80 Per Financial Year.
Application for Single Membership shall be open to any person over the age of 17 years who agrees to abide by the Constitution and By-Laws and has paid the prescribed Application Fee. Application for Family Membership shall be open to any person , his/her spouse and sibling at the same address considered to be a family unit by the members and who agree to abide by the Constitution and By-Laws, and who have paid the prescribed Application Fee.
A person shall attend three Club Trips and Two General Meetings, to be eligible to apply for Membership
Applicants are to be approved and voted in by a 75% majority of the members in attendance at a General Meeting. The voting shall be by secret ballot with the Applicant absent during the voting process.
All members of the Club will be deemed to have agreed to abide to the Constitution and By-Laws by the payment of the Annual Subscription.
Every candidate for Single or Family Membership shall make, sign and forward to the Executive Committee a written application for membership in such form as the Committee may decide and to include a Application Fee as set by the committee.
The safety of any Member or Visitor shall be the sole responsibility of that person. The Club, its Officers or any Member shall accept no legal responsibility whatsoever for the safety of any Member or Visitor of the Club present or taking part in any activity of the Club or damage to their vehicle, regardless of the cause of injury to the person or damage to their vehicle.
A copy of the Constitution is to be issued to each new Member.
All Members must be prepared to assist in the running of the Club at the discretion of the Executive Committee.
