Toodyay Trip 2025 (Last Ever)

It's that time of the year again! Time for our Private Property Toodyay Trip.

 

THIS IS THE LAST EVER AS THE PROPERTY IS BEING SOLD

 

This year we are doing a club subsidised reduced price Members Only ticket for early bird sales until Sunday 22nd June 2025. This will give the committee time to organise the additional funds etc. 

MEMBERS:  You will need to sign up for our new member database to access this ticket option. It will appear on the event page when you are signed in. 

 

Cost is a donation for firewood as follows: 

Early Bird Financial Member Ticket: $50 per vehicle (UNTIL 22nd June Only)

Visitors and late sales: $120 per vehicle. (CASH ONLY ON THE DAY) RSVP REQUIRED

Visitors are welcome but make note of the vehicle requirements below. Please reach out to us for more details.

Location:

Usual place. Address is not advertised and can be provided by Matt  closer to the event date for attendees. 

 

Schedule:

You can arrive Friday anytime. No 4x4ing Friday
We will meet at 6pm at the Victoria Hotel for dinner Friday night. 

Saturday 8am. be ready to 4x4 by 9am sharp.

Sunday. Morning Session from 9am. 

No solo missions... 4x4ing is with the club led by the property owner only. 

 

Terrain:

Something for everything from tame farm tracks through to rock crawler tracks. Everything is optional here so it is a great trip for novices. 

 

Facilities:

Paddock Camping. Caravan Suitable. 

Flushing Toilets

Cold Water Showers

FIre wood Provided

 

What are the minimum vehicle requirements? 

• 4wd vehicle (AWD / SUV's are not suitable for our trips)
• Minimum Third Party Vehicle Insurance
• Front and Rear rated recovery points (If unsure please ask us)
• Snatch Strap and shackles rated to suit your vehicle
• Recovery Damper 
• UHF Radio
• Tyre deflation and inflation devices
• First Aid Kit
